Notes, SKYCITY advises that the quarterly interest on the Capital Notes,
payable on 15 May 2012, will be paid to Capital Note holders on the register
as at 5.00pm on Friday 4 May 2012. Details of the interest payment are
included in the attached Appendix 7.
