My belief here is that on the 3 year weekly things have changed enormously. MACD pointing up, it has also broken the resistance line from 42cents to the previous 27.5 high.
There is an ascending triangle on the weekly, the macd & stochs are pointing higher on the weekly
This is ready to go much higher -
