overvalued or undervalued?

    Just started to do some research on this company after watching its incredible upwards SP movement over the past six months.
    I was reading the companies 2011 annual report and wanted to ask stock holders why this company has a SP of 1.20 when its Net Income is only around 2 167 000 pa??? Seems a bit odd to me.
    Is this companies valuation mainly based on the amount of reserves?

    Any feedback much appreciated.
