There is so much discussion on Qualcomm on this thread, but does somebody know what this is really about.

I have never understood what the deal was about in terms of -
- what are the details of the deal,
- what contribution does each member need to do,
- what are the timelines,
- what are the financial obligations,
- what is the projected revenue it is going to bring and in what format, when,

As I was not getting an answer, I asked MT about it. I was not surprised when he did not care to reply. Does anyone over here know or are we going to conveniently take the same stance as MT.
