It is not impossible that the minister will hear new evidence from those lodging the appeal, but it is looking highly unlikely...
More likely this appeal box is being ticked to show all avenues have been exauseted prior to the planned large rallies...
WA appeal will also most likely fail... Costly exersize but a nice holiday for a few of the anti guys I guess care of the donations...
I expect the next phase to be a do or die set of rallies... Time will tell if they gain traction...
