Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited on April 16,
2012, the interest rate payable on the NFF Preference Shares (NFFHA), will be
reset to 8.1067%.
The April 16, 2012 interest reset rate will be reflected in our trading
system from Market open on April 17, 2012.
