Core is the most likely as it seems to me the major mining houses might be a bit concerned about getting China Inc of side as it would probably hurt their other mining interests, if China Inc Black listed them.
So my money is on Core as a major can inhibit China Inc's attempts to gains some limited control of the IO market in a hands off sort of way.
Then do a takeover down the track.
