I have been stewing on this one for a while but i believe it now time to get this little bugbear off my chest also.
Simple question.....what right does the REIV have to publish and describe the ten lowest priced sales for any given weekend as the "top ten BARGAIN properties"
Does a property which is comparatively low in price compared to others(which quite possibly are massively overpriced) mean that it is a BARGAIN!?Who the hell at the REIV decides what a bloody BARGAIN is!!??
If this is the accepted norm then may I suggest that they also list the top ten overpriced properties for the weekend!LOL
I know, more exclamation marks again but I have had just as much as I can take with this lot!
Please someone tell me I am not alone with these sentiments.
Are we really all that meek and mild a populice that believe that all one bedroom apartments in Broadmeadows are a BARGAIN?
