Doesnt that just mean if CXY was in LNC's position with links share value they would only be worth (0.5/1.17)*$1.30 = $0.55 cents per share. still doesn't sound to bad to me. I understand cougar doesnt have the assets but i dont think the amount of shares outstanding is that big of a deal. we can still have a win.
