Is not the deal dead? Whatever the agreements all the dates have been missed. No one has been able to locate the Russian woman. There is so far no way of knowing who she really represents. Legally what really remains of the deal. I don't think even Viktor has to pay a penalty.
How could the directors of FMS get into bed with people like this, it defies belief? I suspect that FMS have arranged council to try to uncover the relationship between Viktor and this woman. If there is a relationship Viktor has to pay his forfeiture fee, but i think he is a bit too smart for that to happen!
What a cock up just to keep the directors options after the company is sold.
Anyone with connections back to Russia knows that country is a basket case set up for only one group, and the beauty is we can't even name the group.
