Congratulations to Paul Fromson new CFO and thanks go to Jon G as outgoing CFO having done a great job.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Paul a few months ago before this was all on - as far as I know. He is highly competent this is a fantastic appointment.

Reading between the lines - make no mistake; what is this saying - has extensive experience with Chinese! Talk from CB about consolidating CRE can mean the 81.57% and can mean more - perhaps a full ownership of CRE - I wonder. In any case PF can assist.

Perhaps I am reading too much into this and statements made however I am delighted with the development. This on top of new Board appointments last year, FML is morphing into a mining house step by step.
