Focus Minerals Limited (ASX:FML) has appointed Paul Fromson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and company secretary.
Mr Fromson was most recently CFO for Bauxite Resources Limited (ASX:BAU).
Focus Minerals is an Australian gold producer operating two production centres in Western Australia.
Focus announced last week it produced more than 47,000 ounces of gold in the March quarter, an increase of 28 per cent.
In the first half of the 2012 financial year, Focus reported a net profit of $2.5 million.
