I have information over the last few months that Bowtie is and was always a Wildcat.
The source was a former entity within GGP and by GGP essentially halving its exposure with a farm down they also are admitting that.
Even with that being said, Wildcats do produce sometimes, so anything is possible. I just would not pin my hopes on it as being a great producer. I am actually watching it closely as a comparison for another stocks well.
Geez I reckon Bowtie has been on the books since biblical times......LOL
