my own view is this is a BUY and it is CHEAP, given the massive upside.

requirements that posters validate their stock positions by some kind of disclosure of their current holdings, and previous positions and then taking them to task for not doing a particular trade is just bizarre.
how do you expect to do validate that?? impossible and therefore a pointless exercise.
There are sound fundamental reasons for the opinions in here on the upside, and anyone who has been in the AVH threads for awhile and done their research would know that. You have been told this very kindly and repeatedly.
DYOR is a mantra. or as Nike says, 'just do it'!
(not putting you on ignore simply because i can't believe your content is for real...and post for the record in case somebody is actually getting influenced...but I'll probably tire of it)
