The german market posted a loss last night but we managed a 5% gain in Oz with very large buy orders going through. IMO ignore it, the MOSTI has practically insinuated a pro-lynas outcome from the comments he has made prior to the hearing and the fact that the hearing was so short is most likely an indiction that the SMSL group could not produce new evidence and further frustrated officials. Bring on the TOL issuance!
