er, there is NO starting price afaik - no trades = no starting price. There's some jockeying for position with a $4.50 gap on closing, but until such time as there some trading on reasonable volumes talk of a "price" is meaningless.
No-one's posted any buy/sell volume positions here that I have seen - has anyone got access to that data? That might inform a little more.
