to the likes of us,it is very important.To seasoned management,used to changes in circumstances overnight,it is but another business hurdle to jump over.
Yes,a bit more input would have been nice,but FML wouldn't have got its money,nor CRE by bleating about its changed circumstances.They were not exceptional for miners in its area of operations,didn't halt production.Just tickled costs up and made life a bit more inconvenient for handling ore.That's what we pay them to handle.
