I have been watching for a while-this reminds me of Macquarie airports which floated at $2 and got down to ~80c soon thereafter. I see some parallels here. The thing that currently makes me wary is that Orbis have syphoned up the selling, but they are approaching 20%. I assume they are not allowed above 20% without making a takeover offer(??), but as a fund manager that is not their game. So who is still selling? Who will support the price, or will it drop further? It might be worth a nibble (pardon the pun) but at this stage nothing is looking positive to me from a short term perspective.
