personally I believe there was a great deal of intention behind not informing the ASX of this FUNDAMENTAL flaw in the first day of NASDAQ trading -- really quite disgusting, as it meant many were effectively stolen from here yesterday by those who knew the truth, and the fact of it NOT being communicated to the market, as required by law
someone with a good repoire with Martin should send him an email asking for a response
and where are our regulators in asking PRR why thet didn't inform the market? - do you think NASDAQ would have withheld this small fact from our management? - I don't think so...
