As I understand it, PLA is not directly involved with the case.
However, I have been informed (by a party other than PLA) that ATLA's advocate (legal council) is confident that the ruling will be made in the JV's favour (i.e. against Rustenburg Platinum Mines Ltd (“RPM”) dispute.
My understanding is that the judge has requested about a week or two for him to deliver his judgement. And I assume there should be an announcement to the market at that time?
In addition, I have been told that ATLA is expecting to receive the mining license for the Rooderand Project in about August this year (from memory PLA might have also flagged this date?), at which time it is expected it should be '...all systems go with the construction of the mine'!
I'm guessing in both instances it should be assumed (by holders) that these time-lines could blow-out a fraction. But in any case there could possibly be some positive news flow soon?
