Where do you obtain "John Heugh's insistence that CTP use a non standard Confidentially Agreement"

I agree, that he was in control of the companies day to day affairs

But I seem to recall that the company has an in house solicitor, I presume that JH did not create a non standard Confidentially Agreement on his own and withiut any imput from the inhouse person.

I also presume that JH would have passed such documents over to the board for final approval.

In the absence of any evidence by you to support the assertion "John Heugh's insistence that CTP use a non standard Confidentially Agreement"

I reject your assertion as mere conjecture and bias against JH.
