nice report to post.....

just shows these brokers are advising their clients to buy and hold......they are behind the company......

the pullbacks are the games of a few ...esp shorters.....and some unnamed firms that make a living shorting and then going long......

some analyst reports are rubbish.....designed to suit their own trading intentions...i imagine....so I ignore them,.....

other are more reputable...and cannot afford mistakes...so I focus somewhat more positively on them.....but combine it with my own research....

Pdn is on track....all companies have some set backs....but as some reports say.....

the present situation will make it uneconomical for minor players to do start ups.....so supply will remain limited to established companies......

nuclear Energy companies will be locking in future supply contracts.....

new reactors are under construction....

THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES has one reactor being delivered in 2017 and 4 more scheduled for 2020......and I feel thats the tip of the iceberg for that region

India and China are going full on NUCLEAR for power....and scouring the world for investments in reliable suppliers.....the word being INDIA and CHINA have a big interest in AUSTRALIA......these TWO are ENERGY HUNGRY

Cameco lost its bid in Canada to Rio ...so they will be looking to make another bid /investment close to home....in Canada.......well Pdn has what they want and need ...in CANADA....

SMM....Australia.....82% approx Pdn owned...with Areva being a shareholder with 10.04%........

Now Qld has a new Govt that will open up qld to uranium mining........my opinion

Areva paid $6.10 per share and holds 21,879,518 shares

Pdn has 178,911,682 shares and paid for them with shares in Pdn ...NO CASH.....

The present SMM market price does not reflect its value as the stock is illiquid in the market....there are just too few shares trading freely...

SMM 2.78 % of the stock is held by smaller trader..the rest is held by 3 NON SELLING Parties...

TOTAL SMM shares on issue 217,981,769 shares....

A trade sale by Pdn ..... I imagine a premium to what Pdn is owed in its original script takeover......irrespective of what the present day price is of PDN

PDN has already recently stated twice it has been approached by parties in the Nuclear Generating sector......so don't be surprised by the price movement game going on at the moment......

BUT individual shorters may well get burnt badly as their information supply chain may not be as sophisticated as some others.......
