- Representatives of co met with representatives of royal thai government to discuss a possible settlement
- Advised that Akara's application for renewal of its metallurgical processing licence could now be processed
- was informed that thai government had lifted "temporary suspension" of chatree mine
- Informed that thai government may be willing to provide other meaningful benefits in consideration of shut-down of chatree mine
- Became clear that Thai government would not be offering any monetary compensation for losses
