We've all been waiting for news for a while, it could be that the company is holding to the last possible moment for some of the announcements so as they meet with the potential new investors in the upcoming days or weeks they can sell the investment opportunity as a bargain, letting them know that after their investment and then new news releases the SP will have a good chance of going up regarding whatever they disclose in their no doubt closed door meetings with the prespective investor group's money guy(s) or decision makers.
