    Personally I believe a 'major' is accumulating by SELLING 2 shares to drive the price low to then buy back 3 shares.

    Overall gain ....1 share to them at a lower SP.

    Yesterdays volume approx 10m, overall gain ~ only 3million shares, but a shocking SP.

    Can I prove it, no, but I wish I could.
