AM Bus lanes and T-3 traffic lanes are time specific.
80% of drivers stay in the clogged lanes, lights on nobody home, whilst the thinking drivers rocket along unhindered in the T3 and or Bus Lanes.
Plenty of other examples........ go figure why people are asleep at the wheel in just about every other aspect of life.
