crazy times in bne. joint went up for auction the other day , went for 1,95m , two groups of chinese looking types , couldnt outbid each other fast enough. auctioneer struggled to keep up.. place shoudlve been 1.6 or 1.7. some of them have money. up4% in june and 5% july. crazy.
supply and demand i guess.
