I've, got no problem with using your super, to buy an investment property, none what so ever, over time of the housing cycle, one should be on a winner, vis-vis their super.
However for ones own dwelling, I'm not a fan.
Most people, buy live and sell more than one property,the fact you have to repay your super contribution, effectively means you cant " move up the property ladder", due to a lack of cash.
