the NDIS has been in operation for 9 years before the current mob. are you suggesting there was nothing wrong with the NDIS during the former govts reign? yet the evidence shown by 4 Corners a year ago showed clearly the criminal gangs and service providers were largely unregulated, invoices exploded with excessive fees allowed to be paid without human oversight, service providers not required to register with NDIS so that many could claim as much as they wanted without evidence of services being provided.
