IMHO the most important point with the Rio2 comparison is that is is TSX listed obviously we are not. Canada investors view Chile very different. They are very positive towards Chile. Regardless of what we all want our SP will always be discounted by 10-20 % just for this alone ( Being ASX listed). I don't like it but its just how it is. That woud give a SP target of 70 odd cents in comparison to Rio2.
