Yes as I understand it slope of terrain is not an issue which is why its never been bought up or discussed before.
If the terrain was a lot steeper and the surrounding structures higher and more importantly if it were in a high or even medium rainfall area
(think mudslide) we might have some considerations.
Being a rocky deposit on steepish but far from vertical hills in one of the lowest rainfall zones in the world has its advantages.
Developing El Zorro will be pretty straight forward on all levels. The very low rainfall leads to very low biodiversity which makes environmental approvals that much easier.
It also means there are no locals, nobody farming for kilometers and no indigenous groups.. nobody within cooee until you get nearer the coast.
