A big call for a potentially really big gold deposit. El Zorro is shaping up to be an IRGS gold deposit. Fort Knox in Alaska is an IRGS gold deposit and currently houses 147.3 million ounces of gold.
If TSO's IRGS just holds 1% of Fort Knox that equates to 1.47 million ounces.
PoG is @ $A 2470 atm. This values TSO @ $2470 x 147,000,000 = $363,090,000,000
SOI is 488 million, therefore projected SP = $363,090,000,000/488,000,000 = $7.44
Granted this is a back of a beer coaster simplified calculation with alot of assumptions and no consideration for AISC. But the point of the exercise is to show that a sp of $5 is feasible.
Remember 1) El Zorro is shaping up to an IRGS and the consensus amongst TSO Bloggers, who have done the in depth research, is the high probability of a major gold deposit. 2) Gold is at the early Stage 2 Bull Market uptrend. Gold is going to be much more than $A 2470 this time next year.
