I spent a few days up in Cairns and FNQ on business. I didnt have much time but did check out the business as best I could.
My main observations were branding - there is no consistancy, no standard.
Some helicopters are in GBR branding, others are not - I dont know which ones are part of the GBR / Experience Co and not.
Same for the busses, different pictures on the side.
To me, brand image is a big thing - it identifies the product.
What do others think?
