    Sure a one hit, but he split the conservative vote and allowed Bill Clinton to win the presidency with a lower vote than Dukakis lost the previous race. They don't have preferential voting there, so a vote that goes to RFK is gone. Question is will he take more votes from the Democrat or Trump.
