It's always the same.
March 2020 - every manager "the market is going lower - we are sitting on the sidelines".
Mid 2020 - every manager when describing the same period - "we were buying aggressively".
Except for Magellan of course - they truly did stay on the sidelines...
It's all BS.
I see absolutely no value in listening to any manager engaged in their own self fulfilling prophecy.
They want to sell - they try to convince the world it's the best investment out there.
They want to buy - the stock is overpriced garbage.
It's truly a game of opposites.
