    ATQ's new general manager Ray Bailey is in Tanzania right now meeting with the Ngaka project team and meeting with senior members of the Tanzanian Government.

    As both a qualified lawyer and a Master of Engineering, Ray is well equipped to deal with the technical,legaland political issues over there and ensure a good deal for ATQ.

    The Ngaka Coal Project is Tanzania's No.1 "nation building project" in the eyes of the Tanzanian Government.
