A reminder that Aurora labs own 50% of Additive Now, who seem to be ripping along recently with an open day set for Industry clients being held March 19th.
They already have a signed partnership with AML3D who have been plugging the event also;
AML3D Limited Edinburgh, Australia, who have recently launched a phase 1 materials testing programme (MT Program) for AdditiveNow Pty Ltd, West Perth, Australia, for the company’s client, a leading Australian mining company. AdditiveNow is a joint Additive Manufacturing venture established by Aurora Labs Limited and Advisian Digital, part of the WorleyParsons Group, in 2019. AML3D explains that this project arose from its collaboration with AdditiveNow, initiated in August 2020.
Take a look at the recent presentation screen shared by Additive Now on LinkedIn and you will be looking at those scheduled for attendance March 19th.
Recent collaboration with Chevron had also been highlighted at AOG Energy - (Formerly Australasian Oil & Gas Exhibition & Conference) where John Bolto and Nick Bird, Maintenance & Reliability Advisor from Chevron, recently discussed how AdditiveNow helped #3dprint components for pressure containing services that were at risk of not arriving in time for scheduled maintenance.
It seems to me that things are looking up on a number of fronts for A3d now, if they can tie in an A3d commercial ready machine as scheduled I expect Additive Now to go into hyperdrive later this year.
