I think our opinions differ here, but if I were representing Aura in the amicable negotiations, I'd be looking to exit Sweden completely, and go for a higher figure of say 50~60 million which would cover all costs and a small portion of the lost opportunity, as well as avoid a lengthy court case and result in a win/win for both parties, as Sweden would get complete control of Haagan back & performed its obligations under the treaty.
While losing the Haagan asset would be a blow to many here who invested because of its multi-pronged potential (I did), the 60 million would set Aura energy up perfectly in Mauritania if a bull run were to eventuate in the next year or two, as well as provide funds to progress the goldfields.
