    In the latest announcement by the executive chairman (lol), he says that Magnis is talking to parties..a global financial institution and...a “green investment fund”

    is this the “Green investment fund” Frank is referring to that have provided non-binding agreements ? Another Shailesh start-up ? Surely not LOL!
