Nope,  it was just under 18 years ago  - on August 16, 2004 that the band here struck up at the ASX with bells and lights and whistles,  with big dreams,  and even an Air Marshall, Sir John Walker to cut the ribbons as non executive Chairman.

Sir John - now 86 years old is still around*, He was a former head of RAF Defence Intelligence,  and that he supported SMN by joining the board seems to me to have been a clear  indication of just how much potential the CVM tech had almost 20 years ago today - as an “industry leading technology”.

Anyhow seeing as one of my current day jobs is public company explorations,  and because SMN is kind of intriguing as a ‘case study’, I’ve started this thread because (- despite that  chart -)  it’s not  meant to be about ‘technical analysis’ (as per most other currently active threads in this forum)  but is intended for anyone who wants to read about or contribute genuine information;

- on the changing times in relation to SMN
- the changing people in relation to SMN
- the company’s realistic future  prospects moving forward in relation to the CVM sensor tech and
anything else
- competitors
- important moments in history (charts are, of course,  useful there due to price and volume responses)
