    So we have it.

    The TJV have approved all current work being conducted and COB will continue to manage the TJV as the largest JV holder. This appears contrary to the ASX announcement issued by BPL, I assume we will now see an announcement from BPL confirming they were correct and how they intend to enforce that belief or advise the market they were wrong and now stand corrected, confirming COB will in fact continue to perform the duties as the manager of the TJV.
