    7.44pm has been a "known" since COB pointed out that (according to their mutual binding contract) it's still the manager.

    BPL has been trying all sorts of Shenanigans to get out of contributing: Unapproved drilling; COB isn't manager; dispute announcement; not turning up to the meeting.

    But it has finally caught up with them. They are a minor party in a JV they are entirely unprepared for.
