Thankful that the matter has been resolved at this point. Most valuations of COB point to an undervalued position, latest Morningstar indicates 44c. I agree with Philh9 who believes as I do this is a long term project and these BPL/COB disputes have been a distraction from what the project is all about. I am a great supporter of the project and have been so since the get go. I am not pleased with BPL's handling of the situation but that is something that company's management will have to deal with urgently. That company has a good asset base in mineral sands and other tenements in the Broken Hill area, plus now a 30% holding in a world class cobalt deposit. It needs to get down to business. But those comments are not for this forum.

I am backing the COB management team now to get back on track and bring this project to is potential in the next two to three years.
