VRC only has MOUs, which mean nothing
MNS has/had binding offtakes with SINOMA & Sinosteel but have chosen to not pursue them

MNS would prefer non-Chinese MOUs for certain reasons
TON had many Chinese MOUs but are now in administration
VRC could possibly become the next TON
