If a business needs to change tack as it is the best thing to do for the business then that is what a prudent MD and BoD will do, just because they hypothesize about what might happen and how they might spend raised funds doesn't mean it always will in that way, if you read the broker information on the CR you will see this in fine print. You made a risky investment that hasn't paid off.
