The key thing, in my opinion, you are struggling to wrap your head around here is the fact that that AUZ is an explorer and not a miner (yet). Everything at this stage is forward looking with a tinge of speculation. Otherwise, the SP would not be hovering around 8c. The fact that SKI has chosen AUZ as a potential partner itself is a big achievement from a little explorer in a small Aussie town. So, no point harping on the conditional nature of this deal. WE ALL GET IT! Most smart companies like SKI would not guarantee business unless their "conditions" are met and progress shown. I hope this view helps you.
