Again it is about the Mega Rich pushing down the share price in a sector, so they can buy in cheaply, look at are SP and watch for tons of small 10000 share buy ins over weeks.
Buy SP gose up, stop buying push down SP, start buying, repeat over months.
Until your own 10% of share, and then let everyone know it was a mistake about cobalt not needed.
This happen with lithium a few months ago. OVERSUPPLY lie.
