Have to say I am a little concerned by this bloke. The term Vapour Marketing was thrown about last week and that was certainly the impression I was left with, even without have the specific term brought to my attention.

I am also concerned with what seems to be the 'shoot from the hip' / 'make it up as we go' strategy. I don't mind an agile company, but there is a difference between agile and rudderless.

It feels like the company I bought into less than 6 months ago has pivoted quite substantially in focus, unless this was the plan all along, and if so, why were were not told of this more clearly. I cannot be the only person struggling with this as this seems to be a continual theme on HC.
