Hey Honeyaku. Interestingly Adam Jacobs (chair) and Jamie worked together on MiVote. A political socialist platform moonlighting as transparent democracy. I have no issues with passionate political drive, purpose and agenda. Just not in this asx company please. Scary that they are potentially bringing in this philosophy.. Board should represent shareholders who are primarily capitalists, and not express their own ideological utopia model here. A little distressing. But maybe too early to be absolute in my criticism based on one paragraph. I hope.
