It feels utterly hopeless watching how the ASX and ASIC handle market regulation. Once again, it’s painfully obvious that some people seem to know the results in advance, dumping shares relentlessly before the news becomes public. This isn’t the first time—it happened before with Opthea, also under a female CEO. After seeing this pattern repeat itself in ASX-listed biotechs, I’ve completely lost trust in any ASX CEO. It’s sickening.
